Completely private and 1:1 location with all you need to get in to Powerlifting and strength training.  If you are not a fan of the gym environment or want to gain some confidence in the lifts and the equipment before going to the gym then this would be perfect. Buddy sessions are also available here if you wanted to train with a friend. No additional membership fee is required unlike the gym option making it cheaper.
